Modern Townhouse w/ Endless River Views, 1 Block To Downtown

We had the best time on our trip to Hood River and absolutely LOVED the property. To start off it’s centrally located. We could walk off the steps and be a block away from all the shops and restaurants. What I appreciated most was how clean and well kept it is. The decor was also very cool and they even have an arcade room! The layout was perfect for our family of 9. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and we will definitely be back!

We hosted friends for a birthday celebration and really couldn't have been happier. The view is a STUNNER from top floor. We had amazing weather for early November but can imagine sitting on the deck with a glass of wine in the summer would be wonderful. A gas fire bowl would have been EXTRA though :-) The Kitchen was probably the best appointed we've ever experienced and we travel frequently. You can really 'cook' there and serve great meals without getting creative -- everything you need and more. The grill was appreciated as well. Beds were very comfortable, loved that there were bedrooms on every floor! Absolutely LOVED the location was within walking distance of EVERYTHING because we took full advantage of the beer scene. The only slightly down side was that there was road noise but there are noise canceling devices in every room, and I am admittedly a light sleeper. So if you are like me, bring ear plugs just in case but honestly it's just worth the mention and should NOT hinder your visit. This one is worth the price.

The house was clean and very nicely set up. It was well stocked with everything we needed. Definitely enjoyed our stay and would book again for our next Hood River trip!

Although this is a convenient townhouse with excellent views of the Gorge and a very nice upper level, our stay was less than ideal. The bed in the primary BR was not cleaned. All sorts of hairs on the sheets and I mean from every body part as well as footmarks on the sheets. The host was responsive to this problem but offered no compensation when I asked and it caused a big issue getting to sleep at a reasonable time.The noise level in the primary bedroom prevented good sleep and the traffic on Oak Street starts at about 5am. There are no sound proofing curtains.The temperature in the unit varies greatly from floor to floor, so what was comfortable on the main level froze us out in the lower levels.Could be great but needs some improvements mechanically and on the service side.

This house was just perfect for our girls weekend! The views were wonderful, the house was so cute, cozy and fun. It was spacious and had everything we needed. Very comfortable and very clean. We loved everything about our stay here. We will definitely be back!
