Canyons Resort Condo

The Westgate resort is an outstanding property with everything that you could possibly want for your trip. There are multiple pools, hot tubs, a spa, kids room and arcade. There’s multiple restaurants in the resort and very close and marketplace for any additional needs. Ski valet and lockers are very helpful and convenient. The property is fairly large, and when you very first arrive, it can be confusing, but the host provided helpful instructions and after a short amount of time and exploration, you will become a pro.The resort is at the base of the red pine gondola lift, and Cabriolet lift exit. You can’t actually ski to the base on red pine gondola, but it’s a quick walk to ski valet right beside cabriolet lift. We have stayed at both the mountain side and canyon side, the canyon side is larger and you have to work your way up the mountain to access more of the runs, but great variety of blues and blacks. Good restaurant options. It’s fun skiing through the colony and admiring the beautiful homes!For this specific unit, the bathrooms are beautiful, comfortable king beds and kitchen is great for cooking in. Our group of 6 cooked and ate in most nights. It would be very crowded with 8, there’s 2 rooms with kings and the smaller unit has an additional pull out and kitchenette. The primary unit has a little living area with the other pull out. Only negative is lack of clothing storage-hopefully owner will add a chest of drawers in primary which will solve the issue.
